ANSWERS FIRST

Good questions.
Clear answers.

From attempts and deadlines to pricing and documentation, here is what to know before you request service.

What is included in routine service?

A routine request covers one person at one address, up to three documented attempts, status communications and the appropriate return or non-service summary. Additional attempts are not included unless confirmed in writing.

What are your process-serving prices?

Published starting rates are $65 Pierce, $75 King, $75 Thurston, $85 Kitsap, and $85 Snohomish. Nationwide coordination starts at $125, subject to an individual quote.

Is priority or rush service an extra $85?

No automatic $85 surcharge is added. Rush pricing is advertised from $85 total per assignment, subject to location, urgency and availability. The final amount is confirmed before dispatch.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Bulk or recurring process serving may qualify for rates from $50 per assignment. Eligibility, minimum volume, address mix and total charges are confirmed in an individual proposal.

Do you offer courthouse counter services?

Counter-service starting prices are $25 in Pierce; $45 in King or Thurston; $65 in Kitsap; and $85 in Snohomish. Availability, court charges and the exact task must be confirmed first.

Does paying guarantee that someone will be served?

No. The fee covers the agreed service effort, not a guaranteed result. We document completed and unsuccessful attempts.

How soon is the first attempt?

Routine requests target an initial attempt in three to five business days after acceptance. Rush requests are reviewed for a 24- to 48-hour target when scheduling allows. These are targets, not guarantees.

Will I receive proof of service?

A completed service receives an appropriate return based on the circumstances; unsuccessful service receives an attempt or non-service record. Court filing is not automatically included.

Can I upload private court documents?

Not through the public quote form. Please submit only general inquiry details. If the assignment is accepted, you will receive separate document transfer instructions.

Can you provide legal advice?

No. We handle service logistics and related documents, but do not advise on deadlines, legal sufficiency, or permitted service methods.
