Terms of service.
Draft website and customer account terms. Service terms must be confirmed before an order is accepted.
Website and account access
The customer and partner portals may be used only for lawful requests and by people authorized to act for their organization. Keep account credentials private. Account approval is required before a process server may receive assignments.
Quotes are not commitments
Advertised prices are starting rates. Submitting a service request creates an order for review, not an automatic acceptance, dispatch, charge or promise of a deadline. Actual fees, number of attempts, schedules, court charges, available service locations, and return documentation must be agreed before dispatch.
Documents and instructions
Customers must supply accurate lawful instructions and only documents they are authorized to provide. Confidential court papers must be transferred through an approved private method, never through the public inquiry form. Customers remain responsible for obtaining legal advice about appropriate methods of service, deadlines and court sufficiency.
Service outcomes
No process-serving company can guarantee successful service. Attempt logs are factual operational records. Server-reported outcomes require administrator review; a proof or declaration is released only when appropriate and verified. Court filing, notarization, payments and ancillary services are not automatically included.
Privacy and third-party systems
Use of customer information is governed by the published privacy policy once finalized. Payment processors, identity providers and service-management systems may carry separate terms once integrated. The draft portal is not yet a production service.
Business contact
Use the Contact page for questions about these draft terms. The verified operating entity, jurisdictional rules, and final engagement agreement must be completed before launch.
